Pacific Energy Acquires 43,000 Rockies Acres

Acquired 43,000 gross acres of leases, gathering lines, a power plant, a gas-processing plant and interests in four wells in Grand and Emery counties, UT.

A group led by Entrada Enterprises LLC, a Nevada corporation, which includes Pacific Energy & Mining Co., Reno, Nev., (Pink Sheets: PEMC) has acquired 100% of the assets of Delta Petroleum Corp., Denver, (Nasdaq: DPTR) in Grand and Emery counties, Utah for an undisclosed price.

The assets include approximately 43,000 gross acres of oil and gas leases, gathering lines, power plant, gas processing plant and interests in four wells. Pacific Energy is the operator of the properties.
