Panoro Energy, Brasoil do Brasil

Panoro Energy and Brasoil do Brasil have retained Stellar Energy Advisors to seek a partner in certain assets offshore Brazil.

The package includes equity in the SM-1035, SM-1036 and SM-1100 shallow-water exploration blocks in the Santos Basin. The exploration blocks are in the Lower Cretaceous Guarujá carbonate, Upper Cretaceous Itajái/Ilhabela sandstone and the Tertiary Marambaia sandstone fairways. Four primary prospects have been identified and are ready for drilling

The second exploration period requires a minimum work commitment of one exploration well to be drilled on each block. Panoro and Brasoil plan to enter the second period.
