Patriot Resources Inc.

Patriot Resources Inc. has retained Simon Energy Associates to sell certain operated assets in the Texas Panhandle.

The package includes various working interest and net revenue interest in 1,200 acres in Mirage Field in Scurry County targeting the Canyon/Strawn formation. The acreage features 13 producing wells and one injector.

Production is 25 barrels of oil per and 153,000 cubic feet of gas per day. Monthly cash flow is approximately $55,000.
