Petro-Chem Operating Co. Inc. has retained Energy Spectrum Advisors to sell certain properties located in Comanche, Barber and Kiowa Counties, Kansas.

This leasehold position consists of 18,816 gross / 18,038 net acres with all leases expiring in 2014. Of the acreage, 15,238 net acres have two-year lease extensions. Petro-Chem is delivering operations and a weighted average 95.9% WI / 71.9% RI with all leases being 75% NRI. Acreage is located in the original core Mississippian outline published by SandRidge Energy.

The properties are offset by top Mississippian operators: SandRidge, Chesapeake, Tug Hill, Osage Resources, Reeder Energy, Redland Resources and Shell. The public operators have announced EUR potential from 400 - 600 MBOE for wells drilled in this area.
