Petro-Hunt LLC has retained Albrecht & Associates Inc. to sell acreage in DeSoto and Caddo parishes in North Louisiana. The package includes 23,540 gross acres (16,625 net), 12,949 of which are operated, adjacent to Elm Grove, Caspiana and Holly fields. The properties have high working and net revenue interests and include four Cotton Valley wells and one Hosston well with 550,000 cubic feet of gas in current net daily production.
