Phoenix Oil & Gas Ltd. LLP has retained Wellspring Partners to divest its operated interest in the Yowlumne Field in the San Joaquin area, Kern County, Calif. Daily production from the assets is 1,189 barrels of oil and 1.167 million cubic feet per day net. Remaining proved developed producing reserves are estimated at 2.97 million barrels of oil and 2.68 billion cubic feet of gas.
