Pine Mountain Oil and Gas Inc.

NEW, Pine Mountain Oil and Gas Inc. has retained Albrecht & Associates Inc. for the negotiated sale of the company whose assets are mostly coalbed methane in Virginia, and the balance are conventional gas in Virginia and West Virginia and coalbed methane in Wyoming. Assets include 1.1 trillion cubic feet of total proved gross reserves, 461 billion cubic feet of total proved net reserves, 82 billion cubic feet of proved producing net reserves, and 14.8 million cubic feet per day of production (99% gas).
