Pogo Producing Co.

Pogo Producing Co. has retained Randall & Dewey to sell certain nonstrategic properties principally in the Gulf of Mexico, South and East Texas, South Louisiana, the Permian Basin, Texas Panhandle and Western Canada. The package includes a total of approximately 125,000 gross leasehold acres. Production is approximately 37 million cubic feet equivalent per day with proved reserves of more than 90 billion cubic feet equivalent.
