NEW, Prime Natural Resources Inc. has retained The Oil & Gas Asset Clearinghouse's midvalue negotiated transactions unit to sell its interests in certain nonoperated producing properties in various counties in East Texas in a single divestment package. Net production on the properties is 2.5 million cubic feet of gas equivalent per day (96% gas) with production zones in Cotton Valley and Bossier sandstones and behindpipe and undeveloped upside potential.
