Primexx Energy Partners has retained Energy Spectrum Advisors Inc. to sell certain interests in New Mexico, Oklahoma and Texas in a Permian package and a Midcontinent package. The majority of the properties are operated. The Midcontinent properties are concentrated in Woodward, Noble and Oklahoma counties, Oklahoma. The properties include 91 wells with average daily production of 1.2 million cubic feet of gas equivalent. The Permian properties are concentrated in Andrews and Kent counties, Texas, and Eddy and Lea counties, New Mexico. The properties have 63 wells with average production of 203 barrels of oil per day.
