Provident Royalties LLC is offering assets in the Anadarko and Arkoma basins in Oklahoma via bankruptcy auction. The assets include interests in Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi and Oklahoma involving five packages including Arkoma Basin, Anadarko Basin, southwestern Oklahoma, Tuscaloosa Marine shale; and various other interests. Continental Resources Inc. is the stalking horse bidder for the Anadarko package, and is subject to a 3% breakup fee of $600,000 and a due diligent reimbursement of up to $50,000 if overbid. The auction is scheduled for Jan. 14 at 10 a.m. Central time. Bids are due by noon Central time on Jan. 11.
