QEP Resources Joins Pacific Energy Greenriver Project

To farm in to Uitah County, UT, Greenriver project acreage.

QEP Resources Inc., Denver, (NYSE: QEP) plans to farm in to acreage in Uintah County, Utah, held by Pacific Energy & Mining Co., Reno, Nevada, (Pink Sheets: PEMC).

QEP Resources will drill a horizontal well to test the Greenriver formation. Pacific Energy will be carried on the test well and remains operator.
