Quicksilver Resources Inc.

Quicksilver Resources Inc. has retained PLS Inc. to sell certain prospects in the Delaware Basin of West Texas.

The package includes 100% working interest (80% net revenue interest) in 371,573 net acres involving the El Vaquero prospect in Presidio County and the ZZ Top prospect in Culberson, Jeff Davis and Reeves counties. Three new wells have been drilled and five have been re-entered. Resource potential is 3- to 6 trillion cubic feet. Gas-gathering and –processing infrastructure are in place.
