Ranken Energy Corp. is offering a 25% interest in the Pinnacle prospect to explore the Arbuckle formation in Garvin County, Oklahoma.

The prospect involves one prospect, the Pinnacle "A" prospect, a wildcat drilling to 12,500 feet to test apparent porosity zones within the Arbuckle and the Reagan sand.

Expected total program reserves to be developed in the prospect program could be in the range of 2,000,000 barrels of oil and 1 billion cubic feet of gas. Partners will have first right of refusal on the same terms in five additional prospects.
