Ravenwood Energy Corp.

Ravenwood Energy Corp. has retained Sayer Energy Advisors to sell two contiguous parcels of undeveloped land in the Tableland, Saskatchewan and Wolverine, Alberta, areas. The packages include 100% working interest in 18.5 sections (11,894 acres) in Tableland in southeastern Saskatchewan between two light oil plays in the Bakken formation. The Tableland properties expire in March 2012. The company holds a 100% interest in 20 sections (11,894 acres) of contiguous acreage on the southern edge of the Wolverine Bluesky "A" and Gething- Wabamun "A" pool in north-central Alberta. This shallow pool has produced in excess of 39 billion cubic feet since 1994 and it is currently producing at a rate of approximately 2 million cubic feet per day. The Wolverine licenses have approximately two years of primary term left which can be extended a further five years upon validation by drilling. Ravenwood is selling the properties that were recently acquired as part of a larger acquisition. The bid due date is June 19. The effective date is June 1. Contact Alan Tambosso, 403-266-6133.
