Ravenwood Energy Corp. has retained Sayer Energy Advisors to sell certain noncore operated and nonoperated working interests and royalty interests in Alberta.

The deal will be offered in three packages: the Peace River Arch properties, the East Central Alberta properties and the Royalty properties.

The Peace River Arch package includes assets in the Boundary Lake, Worsley, Pica, Pingel, Pouce Coupe and Belloy/Girouxville areas. Production is 104 barrels of oil equivalent per day.

The East Central Alberta package includes assets in the Lucky/Warspite, Westlock, Thorhild, Redwater, Pembina, Nisku/Whitemud, Crystal and Joffre areas. Production is 141 barrels of oil equivalent per day.

The Royalty package includes assets in the Taber North area. Production is 3 barrels of oil equivalent per day.

Total production from the three packages is 248 barrels equivalent per day. Total proved and probable reserves as of June 30, 2011 were approximately 1 million barrels equivalent.
