Ravenwood Energy Corp. has retained Sayer Energy Advisors to sell oil and natural gas properties in various areas of Alberta, Canada.

Ravenwood has non-core operated and non-operated working interests and royalty interests in the properties. Recent production net to the company from the properties has averaged 286 barrels of oil equivalent per day (82 barrels per day of oil and NGLs and 1.2 million cubic feet per day of natural gas).

The properties have been grouped into two packages. Ravenwood is divesting 13 oil and natural gas properties which are currently producing a total of 243 barrels of oil equivalent per day (49 barrels per day and 1.17 million cubic feet per day) in East Central Alberta, and two oil and natural gas properties on the Peace River Arch which are currently producing a total of 43 barrels of oil equivalent per day (33 barrels per day and 59 thousand cubic feet per day). The company is also selling several non-producing properties in each area.
