NEW, Rife Resources Ltd. has retained Kobayashi Partners Ltd. to sell certain properties in Alberta and southwest Saskatchewan. The properties had average production of 784 barrels of oil equivalent per day for the first six months of 2004. The sale also includes related processing facilities and gathering infrastructure.
