Rincon Petroleum Corp.

Rincon Petroleum Corp. has retained Burks Oil & Gas Properties to sell certain assets in Texas. The package includes up to 100% working interest (approximately 75% net revenue interest) in 34 producing wells in 1,580 gross acres in North Minne Bock Field in Nueces County. Production is 60 barrels of oil and 800,000 cubic feet of gas per day. Net proved reserves are approximately 1 million barrels of oil and 7.6 billion cubic feet of gas.
