The sale includes a 100% working interest in these properties, which have upside potential in the form of behind-pipe and development-drilling opportunities. Additionally, the sale includes 8,390 gross (8,361 net) contiguous undeveloped acres and the potential for 135 drilling locations. Net production on the properties is 97% gas.
