Samson International Ltd.

Samson International Ltd. has retained Tristone Capital Ltd. to sell the entire portfolio of Samson North Sea Ltd. consisting of assets in the central North Sea. The package includes the Petro-Canada operated Surprise discovery and associated near-field potential in the Inner Moray Firth which will be further appraised in 2009. The portfolio also includes the Spitfire, Evelyn and Belinda discoveries in the Western Platform area adjacent to the West-Central Graben.
