SandRidge Makes Rockies Ascent In $746 Million Bonanza Creek Buyout

To acquire all outstanding shares of Bonanza Creek in a cash-and-stock transaction; includes roughly 67,000 net acres in D-J Basin's Wattenberg Field in CO and 11,500 net acres targeting the Cotton Valley play in AR.
