The Hemus Braden lease includes a 100% working interest (0.75% net revenue interest) in a 40-acre unit in the East Chenango Field in Brazoria County, with one well producing 18 barrels of oil per day. The property also features one recompletion possibility uphole and four recompletions possible downhole. The West-Schenck "B" lease includes a 50% working interest (0.4125 net revenue interest) in 130 acres in the Blue Ridge Field in Fort Bend County, with four wells producing 16 to 18 barrels of oil per day. The property is operated by Kellco Energy and features five recompletion possibilities. The Gordon Broun lease includes a 100% working interest (0.75% net revenue interest) in 10 acres in the Blue Ridge Field in Fort Bend County, with two wells producing 10 barrels of oil per day.
