NEW, Shell Canada Ltd. has retained Scotia Waterous Inc. to sell assets owned by affiliate BlackRock Ventures in Alberta and Saskatchewan. The package includes a mostly 100% working interest on 44,758 gross acres (40,502 net) in the Lloydminster area. Production is 1,731 barrels of oil and 151,000 cubic feet of gas for a total 1,756 barrels of oil equivalent per day.
