Shell U.K. Ltd., Esso Exploration and Production U.K. Ltd.

Shell U.K. Ltd. and Esso Exploration and Production U.K. Ltd. have retained IndigoPool to seek a partner for a U.K. Central North Sea drilling prospect. The companies are offering the opportunity to earn nonoperated equity in UKCS Blocks 22/21 and 22/26a in return for a full carry on a promote basis of an exploration well to be drilled third-quarter 2010 on the Greater Hermione prospect. Shell and Esso are seeking 100% of costs of the well, to be drilled on License P.013, in return for equity in the same license on a promote basis.
