Shell U.K. Ltd. and Esso Exploration and Production UK Ltd. had retained IndigoPool to divest their entire interests in the developed Corvette Field in the UKCS License P.007, Block 49/24a and License P.016, Block 49/23a in the U.K. North Sea.
Upside for Corvette Field includes the opportunity to develop a new U.K. underground gas-storage facility, supported by the Corvette Field platform. Both licenses are operated by Shell and are in close vicinity to Bacton, a key European gas transportation hub.
