Shell U.K. Ltd. and Esso U.K. Exploration and Production Ltd. have retained IndigoPool to sell certain assets in the southern North Sea. The package includes 100% interest in the Clipper South Field that includes blocks 48/19c, 48/19a and 48/20a and excludes the Clipper Field.
