Shell UK Ltd. and Esso Exploration and Production UK Ltd. have retained IndigoPool to sell interest in assets in the Central North Sea. The package includes a 66.67% interest the Stella Palaeocene sands and the Harrier Shallow Upper Cretaceous Chalk discoveries.
