Shell UK Ltd. and Esso Exploration and Production UK Ltd. have retained IndigoPool to sell interest in assets in the Central North Sea. The package includes a 66.67% interest the Stella Palaeocene sands and the Harrier Shallow Upper Cretaceous Chalk discoveries in License P.011, blocks 30/6 (Part), and 29/10 (NE). Gross unrisked reserves are up to 590 billion cubic feet of gas and 105 million barrels of condensate. Maersk is operator. Shell and Esso also share 66.67% of the extension into the 29/10 NE block of the undrilled Molly NE prospect with in-place estimated reserves of up to 7 million barrels of oil.
