SMSE has retained Lantana Oil & Gas Partners to offer certain Eagle Ford leasehold assets in Texas.

The package includes a three-year lease on 2,100 gross and net acres in Atascosa County in the Eagle Ford oil window. The assets are part of the Peeler Ranch, and the lease has a two-year option to extend.

The leases were executed March through May 2010 a feature a 25% royalty and 75% net revenue interest in all depths. Average initial production is 500 to 750 barrels of oil per day. Upside includes more than 20 potential locations.
