Spice Inc. and Paris Oil & Gas Corp. has retained Macquarie Tristone to offer certain assets in the North Texas Barnett Oil Combo play.

The package includes up to 4.063% participating interest in 32,500 gross acres in EOG Resources Inc.'s project in Montague and Cooke counties. The assets feature 117 producing wells, 36 wells awaiting completion and tie-in and 18 wells currently drilling or to be drilled. EOG and ConocoPhillips are operators.

Net production in April averaged more than 160 barrels of oil equivalent per day. Upside includes approximately 600 remaining 40-acre drilling locations with proven 20-acre down spacing areas.
