Spyglass Resources Corp. (SGL.TO) announced Oct. 15 non-core property dispositions and a seismic sale for C$20 million.
Spyglass, based in Calgary, Alberta said it received C$12 million in third quarter 2013 and C$8 million on Oct. 15. The amount exceeded the previously announced $10-$15 million target price.
The transactions involve the sale of approximately 275 barrels of oil equivalent per day of non-core Saskatchewan oil and associated natural gas production, representing aggregate transaction metrics of approximately $67,30 per barrels of oil equivalent per day.
