Stearns Inc. has retained Simplex Energy Solutions to sell operated properties in Chaves and Roosevelt counties, New Mexico. The package includes a 38%-100% working interest (32.3%-87.5% net revenue interest) in 6,880 acres involving 15 leases in Tom Tom and Tomahawk fields. The assets include 44 wells with 27 producing and three saltwater disposal. Depth rights are for all rights on 3,480 acres and to the base of the San Andres formation on 3,400 acres.
