Acquired oilfield service company operating in Williston Basin in ND & and Eagle Ford play in TX.

Steel Excel Inc., Milpitas, Calif., (Pink Sheets: SXCL) has acquired the business and assets of Rogue Pressure Services LLC, a company focused on the oilfield service industry located primarily in Williston, North Dakota and Eagle Ford, Texas.
