Summit West Resources LP has retained Simon Energy Associates LLC to sell nonoperated interests in the Permian Basin of West Texas. The package includes less than 10% working interest (75% to 80% net revenue interest) in 51,866 gross acres (3,042 net) in Andrews, Crockett, Howard, Glassrock, Reagan, Sterling, Terry, Upton and Yoakum counties. Production is from the Wolfberry/Penn formation. COG Operating LLC is operator. Monthly cash flow is $100,000. The interests carry a preferential right to purchase. The data room is open.
