TACOR Resources Inc. has retained Simplex Energy Solutions to sell certain assets in Texas.

The package includes 100% working interest (75% net revenue interest) and leasehold with varying interest in producing leases on 686 acres in Andrews County, Texas. The assets includes the Wemac, South (Wolfcamp) unit (one active producer, one active WIW and one inactive Santa Rosa water source well), the Jane lease (one active producer) which lies within the borders of the unit, and the McCollum-Miles lease (one active producer) that is contiguous to the east of the unit.

Total gross production in January was 11 barrels of oil per day and 8,000 cubic feet of gas per day. Average net income is $17,196 per month.

Upside includes opportunities to drill two additional wells in the north half of Section 1. Additional upside includes the possible exploitation of the unitized Wolfcamp interval in the Jane #2 which currently produces from a Wolfcamp zone just beneath the unitized interval.
