The package includes a 38% working interest (31% net revenue interest) in 18,000 acres in the West Delta Field, a 10% working interest (8% net) in 5,000 acres in the Eugene Island Block 349, a 16% working interest (13% net) in 2,283 acres in the Missippi Canyon Block 357 and a 23% working interest (16% net) in Matagorda Island blocks 605 and 606.
