Triangle Petroleum Corp.

Triangle Petroleum Corp. has retained Jefferies & Co. Inc. to seek a joint-venture partner to continue the appraisal of its Horton Bluff shale resource in Nova Scotia in eastern Canada. The prospect involves up to an 87% working interest (80% net revenue interest) in the 476,000-acre Windsor Block recently awarded.
