True Energy Trust

True Energy Trust has retained Tristone Capital Inc. to sell assets in British Columbia and Alberta. The package includes a 26% to 18% working interest in 13,333 developed acres and a 36% to 45% working interest in 45,969 undeveloped acres in the Greater Gage, Meekwap, Shane, Montag, Girouxville and Groat areas in west-central Alberta; and the Milo, Cypress/Chowade, Virgo/Shekilie, Monias, Rigel, Buick Creek, Inga and Rainbow areas of northern Alberta and British Columbia. Net production is 4.2 million cubic feet of gas and 291 barrels of oil and gas liquids for a total 991 barrels of oil equivalent per day. Proved reserves are 2.4 million gross barrels equivalent (994,000 net) and proved and probable reserves are 3.7 million gross barrels (1.6 million net).
