Smart Brothers LLC has been retained to sell oil and gas assets in North Texas.
The package includes 5.5% to 10.6% working interest (78.5% net revenue interest) in 12 producing wells on 10 sections in Lipscomb and Ochiltree countries. Production is 980 barrels of oil and 2.3 million cubic feet of gas per day. The assets are operated by Holmes Exploration (Panther Petroleum).
