An unspecified oil and gas company has contracted IndigoPool to sell assets in offshore New Zealand, Australia and the Philippines.

The company has two exploration permits in shallow waters offshore Taranaki Basin, New Zealand. The client estimates the resource contains 76 million barrels of oil or 394 billion cubic feet of natural gas, with 21 million barrels of condensate.

The same client has contracted IndigoPool to seek partners to explore for gas in offshore Australia in the Bonaparte Basin. It has a permit to drill in depths from 40 to 200 meters.

Finally, the client is seeking a partner to earn up to 50% working interst in a service contract offshore the Philippines. Several prospects and numerous leads have been identified on the block.
