Riviera-Ensley Energy Advisors has been retained to sell about 21,000 net acres in the Permian Basin.
The seller has 100% working interest and 75% net revenue interest in the assets, which are within the Wolfberry and Clearfork Trends in Howard and Borden counties, Texas.
The assets include the potential for vertical and horizontal drilling, with potential zones in the Clearfork, Lower Spraberry, Wolfcamp, Cline Shale and additional zones.
The majority of the leases underlie five ranches and have a three-year primary term with an option for a two-year extension.
