Riviera-Ensley Energy Advisors have been retained to sell Mississippian Lime oil resource properties in Greenwood County, Kansas.

The properties extend over 49,500 net acres with more than 300 potential drilling locations. The acreage is subdivided into four prospect areas within the Madera Verde Project. The properties have a 100% working interest and 80% net revenue interest.

The sale includes infrastructure already in place on the acreage. The county has produced over 300 million barrels of oil equivalent (BOE).
