A private seller retained Eagle River Holdings LLC to sell about 120,000 net acres in the Sand Wash and Washakie Basins in Carbon County, Wyo., and Moffat and Routt counties, Colo.

The offer comprises operated and nonoperated working interests, leasehold, development rights, oil and gas production and equipment that are par of the Niobrara and Shannon resource development underway within the basins.
