An undisclosed company retained Simon Energy Associates LLC to sell producing mineral and royalty interest in the Permian Basin in Martin County, Texas.

The offer includes about 1,632.8 gross acres, 16 producing vertical Wolfberry wells and primary horizontal targets of Middle and Lower Spraberry, Jo Mill, Wolfcamp A, Wolfcamp B, Wolfcamp C and Cline. Average daily production is 100 gross (1 net) bbl/d of oil and 217 gross (2 net) Mcf/d of gas with net income averaging $1,240 per month. Operators include Pioneer Natural Resources, Endeavor Energy, Hunt Oil Co. and Unit Petroleum Co.
