VistaTex Energy LLC has retained The Oil & Gas Asset Clearinghouse to sell certain nonoperated assets in Texas.

The package includes 50% working interest in 48 producing wells in Tiffany Field in Webb County. The properties are operated by EOG Resources Inc. The assets feature large proved developed producing gas and liquid reserves.

Production is 225 million cubic feet of gas per month (7.5 million cubic feet per day) and 6,300 barrels of oil per month (210 barrels per day). Monthly operating profit is $232,500.

Upside includes 67 behind-pipe opportunities.
