Wapiti Oil & Gas LLC has retained Meagher Energy Advisors to sell certain Niobrara leasehold interests in the Rockies DJ Basin.

The package includes 100% working interest (80% net revenue interest) in 55 net horizontal locations covering 42,400 net acres in the core Niobrara area in Colorado, Nebraska and Wyoming. Wapiti is currently permitting two Niobrara wells, and the assets feature an additional 100+ Muddy J locations. There are four to six rigs currently drilling Niobrara wells.
