Western Petroleum Resources Inc. has retained Wellspring Partners to divest its interest in a nonoperated property in Brazos County, Texas. The properties include a 12.5% working interest in two wells (one producing) and 1,050 gross acres. Gross daily production is 439,000 cubic feet of gas and two barrels of oil.
