Wilderness Energy Corp

NEW, Wilderness Energy Corp. has retained Canaccord Enermarket Ltd. to sell certain nonstrategic assets in northwestern Alberta. The package includes nonoperated 50% working interest in most of the land, involving 58,874 net acres (50,544 net undeveloped) in the Keg River play. Production is 530 barrels of oil equivalent per day (86% oil). Recoverable reserves from the Keg River wells are up to 800,000 barrels, and estimated original oil in place is 28 million barrels in the uphole Gething oil pool at Gutah.
