NEW, Will-Drill Resources Inc. has retained The Oil & Gas Asset Clearinghouse to sell operated interests in southern Bienville Parish, Louisiana, in a negotiated sale. The package includes predominantly 100% working interest (77% net revenue interest) on 14,059 gross acres (13,435 net) in Woodardville Field in the Cotton Valley and Hosston (Travis Peak) trends. Gross production is 65 million cubic feet equivalent per day (50 million net) from 65 producing wells. Five more were scheduled for completion by year-end 2007. Proved net reserves are 262 billion cubic feet equivalent and proved, probable and possible reserves are 544 billion cubic feet equivalent. Approximately 285 drilling locations are available on 40-acre spacing (approximately 74% SPEE proved undeveloped) and 352 additional locations on 20-acre spacing for a total of 637 drilling locations.
